Lithuanian real estate development association announced the winners of the real estate project’s competition “For sustainable development 2011”. Projects were evaluated according to the following criteria: benefits for the city and its residents, architectural and urban quality of the object, the convenience for users, energy efficiency, lifecycle costs and etc.

“Eika” was awarded for residential apartments in Pilaite, Vilnius. Apartments are built in perfectly developed territory. The optimal result was achieved at an affordable price using minimal solutions.

“Betonika” received a certificate of acknowledgment “For sustainable development 2011” for collaboration with “Eika”. During implementation of this project "Betonika" proposed optimal building solution using innovative precast concrete. “Betonika” provided complete solution: design, production, transportation and installation thus providing additional value. Working together with “Eika” architects, our company also prepared technical and detailed design for construction of precast concrete. There was proposed modern Reckli^® texture facade solution.

The first contract with “Eika”, for building two multi-storey apartment buildings in Pilaite, was signed in the year 2010. The apartment buildings were built in 2011. Currently “Betonika” continues collaboration with “Eika” and is producing precast concrete construction for other apartment building projects.
