Our Company, Betonika UAB, specializes in reinforced concrete structural solutions for residential and non-residential purpose buildings and infrastructure objects. The Company is a subsidiary of Consolis, an international holding, known in Europe as a leading company in precast reinforced concrete sector.
We manufacture the following precast concrete production items (with insertion parts or recesses) of necessary parameters to meet individual needs of a customer, bearing in mind the purpose of a building and taking into account respective loads: floor slabs, TT-slabs and STT-slabs, one-layer and three-layer walls, columns, beams, frame beams, flights of stairs and landings.
We provide all services related to a project being developed in the field of precast reinforced concrete: consulting services, design, storage of production items for an agreed period, traverse for HCS rent, transport, installation (through subcontractors), works technical supervision and warranties.
We offer precast reinforced concrete solutions for various objects:
- Residential houses (apartment houses, cottages, detached houses);
- Administration buildings;
- Commercial buildings;
- Production buildings, logistics centres / warehouses - Bashallen® system is offered
- Sports purpose structures (stadiums, gyms);
- Car parking lots (even multi-storey ones);
- Other (e. g., columbariums, tennis tables ...)
Betonika UAB performs its production activity at two factories: in Kaunas and in Senieji Trakai. About 250 employees are working at the Company.
At present, at our Company, LEAN collection of techniques and 6 Sigma quality tool are being implemented that will allow optimizing control and production processes and increased production capacity.
