STT panels are used in roof construction. The biggest advantages of this type - low weight and extreme superimposed span. With these structures produced double pitched roof surface, no extra work and materials are needed to form the roof slopes. Easier roof deck and small cell weight enables to reduce the load on the building. Design for extreme weight loss very standardized. It is easy to change only the length of the structure. In addition, you can adjust the width of the top of the product, but the width of change for distinctive lightening geometry (Fig. 1) is possible only after 0,450-0,480m on both sides of the product. All other parameters (except for the openings of the product on the shelf) - unchanged. Maximum item length - 27,6m. The nominal product width - 2,4m (real - 2,386m). The highest point on the ridge of the product plate height - 0,745m, while smaller side height varies depending on the length of the article. Panels formed slope of 1:40. If You have any kind of questions, considering the STT structures decisions always contact JSC Betonika design or sales departments.

The element reinforcement fairly standardized, due to the very small cross-sectional thicknesses. Generally only variable number of ropes can be used and the rest of the parameters will depend upon. STT plate racks designed to withstand light roofing loads. The maximum possible load on the shelves of strength - 5kn / m2 and split 1kN spot .
¶ The graph shows allowable load value consists of the motherboard existing long-term , short-term and variable load amounts design values , without taking into account its own weight load plate .

¶ Variable length data elements present in making the panels always ridge in the center of the product ( at the same time span in the center ) and the shelves nominal width - 2,4m .

STT can be designed in a way to form recesses in shelf. The maximum size of the recesses provided in Table 2. By providing openings STT motherboards important to consider the above lightening specific geometry ( Fig. 1) . Ideally, the opening should replicate lightening dimensions (one, two lightening and so on. ) . Lightening dimensions ( LxB ) - 545x425mm and 545x460mm, lands in the central part of the product . When installing panels on the shelf recesses need to assess their impact on the overall ceiling and drive to work . Holes can not provide the entire panel surface , so before providing openings should consult with UAB Betonika

¶ Tilted STT slabs leg geometry makes the possibility to make holes for technological pipelines extremely difficult.
¶ STT overlay evaluation boards circuit nodes to provide TT slabs chapter. The two structures coupling with other building elements identical.
¶ The items stored on wooden beams, each supported by plate ends. Plates stored and transported one by one.
¶ Panels posed for the lifting lugs provided, which are mostly used wirelike. Plates unloading should be carried out by two cranes. Other landing options are not available for the most common products of high length. Not to allow swinging of the raised panel and make easier installation, you need to tie the ends of the rope that can hold the plate and tilt in the right direction.
¶ Before installing the panels must be checked properly supported by girders shelves that after installation panels, beams tilting. You also need to clean the areas on which it will be supported by the STT card and check the surface altitudes. Mostly STT plate as a kind of TT panels are based on the neoprene pad, which must be attached to support plate in place.
